Junix Solution – Terms & Conditions

1. Engagement & Workflow

  • Junix Solution operates as a project execution and coordination service. Once a client places an order, the task may be handled:
    • Directly by our in-house team
    • Or outsourced to our trusted partner companies or freelancers
  • We always ensure the same quality standards and project commitment, regardless of who executes the work.
  • Work begins only after upfront or milestone-based payment is received.

2. Service Scope & Deliverables

  • All service packages are clearly mentioned in our Service Page.
  • Any additional requests beyond the selected package will be considered as custom add-ons and will be charged accordingly.
  • All deliverables will match or exceed the quality shown in our demos, but exact duplication of third-party samples is not guaranteed.

3. Portfolio & Demo Disclaimer

  • The project samples shown on our website portfolio are for demonstration purposes only.
  • These demos reflect the style, quality, and scope of services that Junix Solution is capable of delivering.
  • We may or may not have directly developed every sample shown. However, we commit to delivering equal or better quality work for our clients.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the project starts.
  • No refunds are applicable once the work has started or if any part of the deliverables has been submitted.
  • Partial refunds are only possible before any work begins, and at our sole discretion.
  • All service charges are inclusive of consultation, setup, and coordination time.

5. Revisions & Feedback

  • Every package includes limited revisions as mentioned in the pricing plan.
  • Additional revisions beyond that will be billed separately.
  • Feedback must be provided within the agreed timelines to avoid project delays.

6. Timelines & Delays

  • Estimated delivery times will be shared at project start.
  • Delays caused due to client-side input delays, late approvals, or scope changes are not the responsibility of Junix.
  • In case of urgent work, priority handling fees may apply.

7. Subcontracting Rights

  • Junix Solution reserves the right to delegate or subcontract any part of the project to trusted freelancers or local companies to maintain timelines and quality.
  • The final output remains under our responsibility and quality control.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide clear project requirements, files (like logo, content, images), and access credentials as needed.
  • Any delay or failure in providing inputs may affect the timeline and scope of the final deliverable.

9. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • All final deliverables are transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
  • Junix Solution retains the right to showcase completed work (unless an NDA or written exception is agreed upon).
  • We may use screenshots or project details for our own promotional and portfolio purposes.

10. Communication & Support

  • All official communication will be done via email, WhatsApp, or video conferencing tools (Google Meet, Zoom).
  • We provide basic support post-delivery for limited time (depending on package).
  • Ongoing maintenance, updates, or long-term support must be billed separately unless part of the selected plan.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Junix is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:
    • Client-side misuse of deliverables
    • Hosting or third-party platform downtime
    • Improper content use or copyright issues from client side
  • Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

12. Changes to Terms

  • Junix Solution may update these Terms at any time.
  • Clients are encouraged to review the Terms before placing any new orders or engaging in further work.
